Dear KUIS Students,

The reservation is needed to join the face-to-face events due to the capacity of the room.
- You can only make or cancel reservations online one day in advance.
- If you wish to cancel the reservation with less than one day's notice, please contact the SALC.
In order to hold the event safely, please follow the preventative measures below.

Preventative measures
- Please wear masks at all times
- Please sanitize your hands and everything you use such as tables and chairs before and after the event
- Please do not eat; however, you can drink from bottled drinks or cups with tops.
- Please keep your social distance and refrain from talking loudly
- Please use the seats and tables with the Acrylic panels and follow the capacity of the room
※The circulator will be on and the doors will be open in the classrooms
SALCでのイベント参加希望の方へ
- 対面イベントは会場の定員の都合上、予約制となります。
- 予約・キャンセルも各自で前日まで受け付けています。
- 当日のキャンセルはSALCまでご連絡ください。
SALCで行われる対面イベントでは以下の感染予防対策を徹底したうえで開催します。
ご協力よろしくお願いします。
感染予防対策
- マスクの常時着用
- イベント前後の手の消毒と開催場所でイベントで使用するもの（机や椅子等）の消毒
- 食事禁止、蓋付きの飲み物のみ可
- ソーシャルディスタンスを保ち、大声を出さない
- アクリルパネル付きの座席を使用し、各教室の定員を遵守する
※教室内ではサーキュレーターの利用とドア開放を行います
