Individual Consultation Session Booking

If you need to cancel or change the reservation prior to your scheduled consultation time, please email the Exchange Team at outbound@apu.ac.jp

• Please log into your APU Zoom account and join the above meeting ID at your scheduled consultation time.
• If you fail to join up to 5 minutes after your scheduled time, we will treat your booking as a no-show and cancel your reservation.

In-person

Please visit the Outreach and Research Office at your scheduled consultation time. Please call the office using the phone by the entrance and say that you have booked a student exchange consultation.

Schedule for Opening Reservations
In general, reservations for consultations in the following week are opened around noon on Thursdays.

• 予約時間になったらAPUのアカウントで上記のZoom IDでにミーティングに参加してください。
• 予定時間５分を経過しても入室がない場合は、自動的に予約をキャンセルします

対面の場合

予約の時間にアウトリーチ・リサーチ・オフィスの窓口にお越しください。窓口の電話機で交換留学の面談予約をしていることを伝えてください。

予約開放日時について
原則毎週木曜日の正午前後に翌週の予約を開放します。
